Chief Executive Officer
Kim is an accomplished leader and a dedicated community organizer for more than 25 years with a successful diverse career. She can often be found with her sleeves rolled up lending a helping hand.
Lillie Farmer
Chief Human Resources officer
Lillie has over 35 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing & non-profit sectors. She has a Master’s in counseling from Cairn University & a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies from Millersville University.
Allen Frey
Chief Operating Officer
Allen has over 25 years of experience in business and operation leadership - from his early start in food service to the last 15 years in sales, operations, and consultant work. Allen is also involved in multiple youth sports organizations.
Shawn Jamison
Chief Financial Officer
Shawn has over 26 years of experience in Accounting & Finance in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, including volunteering services. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Central Penn College and an M.B.A. in Financial Management from York College.
Laurien Smith
Chief Program Officer
Laurien has over 15 years of experience working in Early Education starting as a Preschool teacher, later moving into the Director role. She has a B.A in Communications from York College of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Education from Drexel University.
Edquina Washington
Chief Impact Officer
Edquina has over 15 years of experience in building strategic partnerships, nonprofit leadership, advocacy, innovative program development, successful promotional and communication campaigns, fundraising, and community relations.
Paula Copeland
Chief Services Officer
Paula has over 30 years experience in client services and organizational development with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. She has a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Lancaster Bible College and a Masters in Public Administration from Penn State University.
